OA is made of many voices, many experiences in working the 12 Steps of Recovery. We know there is one solution for us — the 12 steps that have given us a new life that is beyond any thing we could have expected.  How we work the steps and gain recovery path that gives us physical, emotional and spiritual recovery.  Recovery is alive in us.  We who have come and remained find the strength in reaching out and sharing the road we have traveled, experiences we have had and listening to the voices in the rooms. There is hope in us. There is recovery in us. .

The convention is designed to provide hope, encouragement, community  and tools for recovery from this disease we call compulsive overeating. Whether it is overeating, bulimia, anorexia, excessive exercise or other behaviors around food, we welcome you with open arms.

The convention kicks off on Friday night with our Keynote Speaker.  You will be surrounded by people who are new to OA, been in OA for just a few years and the old-timers.  They know that recovery is through the 12 steps and the strength of the community.

Registration will open later in June.  Come back for more info on the program! Until then, please reserve October 4-6 in your calendars.
